Rapid Response Team

GroundFloor Media’s (GFM) Rapid Response team is available 24/7 and is made up of an experienced group of senior-level professionals experienced in handling a variety of crisis scenarios and managing issues for high-profile organizations. They have experience from inside the newsroom and the boardroom, and from the front lines. This perspective allows GFM to provide a full range of crisis and issues management support to organizations large and small, even in the most trying situations.

Collectively, they have an average of 16 years of experience in communications, managing national crises and issues in both traditional and non-traditional media for the food & beverage, health care, education, financial and nonprofit industries.

Whether it is an attack on Facebook or a call from “ABC Nightly News,” the Rapid Response team is available to help. Most recently, GFM’s Rapid Response team has coached national clients through issues-related media inquiries from top-tier broadcast and print media, including: “Frontline,” “World News Tonight,” “Nightline,” CNBC, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post.
